Sabo's level break doesn't make a huge impact on his overall gameplay compared to some others. He is already a solid character before level break and level break just helps him squeeze more damage out of his combos with the extensions he gets. His SSST stands out as his best move, imo, and one of the best moves in the game. Super fast high damage projectile with good armor break properties.
