Mindrolling Monastery is a tibetan temple Mindrolling Monastery, also known as Buddha Temple, was founded by Khochhen Rinpoche in 1965 in Clement Town, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Mindrolling Monastery, located amidst the peaceful foothills of the Himalayas, is one of the largest Buddhist centers. India which attracts thousands of visitors from different parts of the country and abroad. Every day hundreds of people attain spirituality here.

This monastery is one of the six important monasteries of the Nyingma school in Tibet. This monastery was first founded in 1676. The region is also home to the Ngagyur Nyingma College, which offers advanced Buddhist studies to monks who can pass on the knowledge to future generations.
Currently, more than 300 monks are trained in the monastery.
