Our May theme “From Good to Great to Grand,” highlights the process of both self-actualization and collective evolution. The impact of our collective experience will support our continued vision of a world where everyone is empowered to express and live freely. This week, Rev. Jay Lang will introduce this concept with his message “The Mother is the Necessity of All Inventions.” On this Mother’s Day as we honor the mothers in our community and our lives, we can also recognize the Divine Feminine within each of us that nurtures and supports our growth. This creative and powerful aspect of ourselves is the necessity of our inventions and the manifestation of our wishes and dreams. Together we will affirm, “I live from my values in ways that enhance my life and the world around me.” Shauna Marshall, RScP, accompanied by James Patrick Regan, will inspire us with her very special brand of blues, and Dayna Adams, RScP will offer a Spiritual Reflection on a very special Mother’s Day Sunday Celebration.
