Surfing The Line | Inside the World of Hill Climb Racing

To mark the 2021 British National Hill Climb championships, HUNT is proud to present Surfing The Line, a film by Maciek Tomiczek.

"When I was planning the film, I mainly wanted to find out why people put themselves through this. With every race I saw, I understood more the idea behind it. The atmosphere is really unique, and the community is so welcoming. Talking to the riders was also very inspiring. What was particularly interesting was how different all the riders are yet they all have that one thing in common. They all love hills!"

Join us in celebrating this most wonderful of cycling disciplines, and perhaps the purest form of bike racing, where riders battle against gravity and the clock.
