Siemens PLC Training: Commissioning 101

This week I am on site at a large startup that Alpha Industrial Technologies (my company) is doing the entire plant controls. It is at a good point to where I can go through and give some tips on how to manage such a large project. It will be a shorter stream, as I am trying to take advantage of the fact that I will be the only person on-site at a MASSIVE plant.
