How to unlock Hero (Classified) gear in BO3

To unlock Hero classified armor you need to have unlocked everything for all of the specialists; There will be a 10th locked piece of armor that does not give you a description on how to complete this challenge till you do so; 800 kills, the 40 kills with specialist weapons and 20 with the use of your specialist ability. One you have completed this the challenges will be unlocked for the classified gear.
Hero Helm: 6 Kills with Specialist Weapon in a single match 4 times.
Hero Chest: 4 Kills after using Specialist Ability in a single match 4 times.
I do not claim that I found this out on my own as I had help from a friend that has Spectre Hero gear.
