Just back from a trip? This 55-minute slow flow yoga class will help you release stiffness, reset your energy, and restore balance after travel.
Move slowly, breathe deeply, and feel your body open, strengthen, and unwind.
This session is ideal if you’re returning from a long flight, time away, or simply need to restore your strength, flexibility and energy. After a 72-hour fast and several overseas weeks away, I created this practice to help the body re-align, rebuild and feel grounded again.

🌀 What to expect:
Gentle warm up with standing folds + cobra series
Slow flow transitions through Warriors I & II, Triangle
Balanced standing work (Tree, Half Lotus)
Back-bends & core (Locust)
Inverted support (Shoulder Stand + leg work)
Supine release: twists, back wipes, Happy Baby
Deep Savasana for full integration

Perfect for men and women over 40, all levels welcome, no rush—just steady breath, mindful movement and realignment.
