Annemarie Christopulos, APRN, FNP-C is an Urgent Care provider at our Layton location on the main floor, west wing. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science (BS) from Weber State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Chamberlain University.
