In Smogon competitive singles, bans happen in two ways: either through a quickban by the council or a suspect test voted on by the community. Most suspect tests split the playerbase — some think a Pokémon is broken, others believe it’s manageable. But every so often, a Pokémon is so unanimously hated that the vote isn’t even close. Today we are taking a deeper look at the most one-sided bans in competitive Pokémon history, the times when almost everyone agreed: yea this gotta go man. I will be saving the craziest one sided bans for the end so make sure to stick around.

Information was taken from the Smogon threads of the respective suspect test and voting thread as well as the tiering history.
