Congress leader Kapil Sibal at ABP News's e-Shikhar Sammelan questioned that why Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah do not come in front of the press or public to talk about disaster management? 'Talli Bajana, Thaali Bajana, Mann Ki Baat are all unnecessary', said Sibal. He added that the lockdown was announced four hours ago, the govt did not give the labourers time to tackle the after-effects of lockdown.
