Agar Agar Jelly/Rooh Afza Jelly/Homemade Jelly/Gelatin free

Rooh Afza Jelly

Ingredient

1.agar agar 1 sachet/ 1/2 tblsp
2.sugar 1/4 cup
3.Rooh Afza syrup 1 to 1/2 tblsp
4.water 4 cups
5.oil 1/4 tsp

Method:
Add 4 cups of water to the sauce pan. Bring it to boil,now add 1tblsp of agar agar and mix gently. Add 1/4 cup of sugar let it dissolve completely. Add 1/2 tblsp of Rooh Afza and mix completely.

Transfer to the glass container. Leave it aside till it cools down. Now refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until set.

Jelly is ready to serve.
