Today we will be focusing mostly on the hips, lower back, and all of the surrounding muscle groups to release tension and promote deep stretch and relaxation while increasing mobility in those areas.
We will be using props, such as blocks, bolster (any bolster or use thick blankets or rolled pillow into a bath towel), and a blanket.
