If you missed Building a Custom Powder Coating Oven Part 1, that ok, in this video we're starting over! I made the frame too big for the amount of 18 gauge steel that we purchased for the inside part of the oven, so we've got to make the frame smaller.

The new size for this oven is 4'x4'x5' (4' wide, 4' deep and 5' tall) There will still be no bottom built for this custom powder coating oven because the concrete for the shop floor will work just fine.
