Abdominal Lymph adenopathy || Parapelvic cyst
Liver:
The liver is normal in size, with the right lobe measuring 14 cm in length. The liver contour is smooth and well-defined.
The parenchyma is homogeneous and isoechoic to slightly hyperechoic compared to the renal cortex.
The hepatic vasculature is normal, with the portal vein within normal in diameter, showing normal flow on Doppler.
The intrahepatic bile ducts are not dilated. The diaphragm appears as a smooth, echogenic line, with no perihepatic fluid collection.
Gall bladder:
Normal in size and contour. Wall thickness is within normal limits.
No Evidence of echogenic structures or biliary sludge is seen within the gallbladder. Intrahepatic biliary radicals and common ducts are not dilated.
The internal diameter of CBD and the portal vein are within normal limits.
Multiple hypoechoic lymph nodes are identified in the para-aortic, mesenteric, and iliac regions.
The nodes measure up to 2.5 cm in the short-axis diameter, consistent with lymphadenopathy.
The nodes are oval-shaped with a tendency toward a more rounded morphology, particularly in the largest nodes.
The lymph nodes are predominantly hypoechoic with an echogenic hilum visible in a few nodes.
Pancreas:
The pancreas is normal in size. The gland has a homogeneous echotexture and isoechoic to the liver.
The pancreatic duct is not dilated.
The contour of the pancreas is smooth, with no evidence of focal lesions or masses.
The surrounding peripancreatic region is unremarkable, with no fluid collections noted.
Spleen:
The spleen is normal in size. The organ has a smooth, well-defined contour and a homogeneous echotexture that is isoechoic to the liver.
The splenic hilum is well-visualized, with no evidence of vascular abnormalities. There is no perisplenic fluid or other surrounding abnormalities noted.
Right kidney: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Bipolar length 10.73 cm. The cortex & medulla are well differentiated. Central echo complex is echogenic and normal. There is a cystic cortical mass seen in the upper pole.
Left Kidney: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Bipolar length 11.22 cm. Central echo complex is echogenic and normal. No evidence of any focal/diffuse lesion or calculus is detected.
A well-defined anechoic (fluid-filled) structure is identified within the renal sinus, adjacent to the renal pelvis, consistent with a parapelvic cyst.
The cyst is round to oval in shape with smooth, sharply demarcated borders.
The cyst is completely anechoic, indicating the presence of clear fluid without internal echoes.
There is a prominent posterior acoustic enhancement, typical of a simple cyst, due to the transmission of ultrasound waves through the fluid.
The cyst walls are thin and regular, without evidence of septations, calcifications, or solid components.
The cyst does not appear to obstruct the renal pelvis or calyces.
There is no evidence of hydronephrosis. Renal parenchyma is normal, with no signs of compression or thinning adjacent to the cyst.
No internal vascularity is noted within the cyst on color Doppler imaging, further supporting the diagnosis of a simple parapelvic cyst.
Urinary Bladder: Well filled with smooth outline. Wall thickness is within normal limits. No intravesical lesion or calculus is detected.
Prostate:
The prostate gland measures 4 cm in length, 2.5 cm in width, and 3 cm in thickness, with a calculated volume of 28 mL.
The gland has a smooth, well-defined contour with a homogeneous echotexture.
The peripheral zone is slightly hypoechoic relative to the central zone, which is more echogenic.
The prostatic capsule is intact and continuous with no irregularities.
The prostatic duct is not visualized, but the surrounding structures, including the bladder base and seminal vesicles, are normal.
No abnormal vascularity is observed on Doppler imaging.
Abdominal Lymph adenopathy.
Left parapelvic cyst ( 7.5 cm )
