Body Position in V2 (one skate) rollerskiing

Описание к видео Body Position in V2 (one skate) rollerskiing

This short video looks at body position in V2 rollerskiing in the Lysebotn Op, the rollerski equivalent of l'Alpe d'Huez in the Tour de France.

One of the main issues with less skilled skiers it not flexing the ankles sufficiently, the lower leg stays more vertical and the hips go back, bringing the center of gravity back over the heels.
