Full disclaimer: I am very new to painting and this is just one of many possible ways you could paint these amazing Tzolk'in gears. Feel free to mix and match with paints/brushes/products you already have, and personalise the colour palette! If I can do it, you can do it!

**Note that I didn't paint the very centre of the gears to ensure that the paint didn't jam up the turning mechanism.**
