Hiking the GR 120 Route du Littoral aka the "French Opal coast" - part 1/2 (Day 1 to 4)

A tru hike of 200 kilometers along the French opal coast. The total hike was 8 days. This video covers the first 4 days from De Panne to Calais.
The highlights of the route in this video are the numerous dunes, hours of walking on beaches, Dunkirk cathedral and a lot of remains of Worldwar II. Two Vauban cities, Bergues and Gravelines, were visited when walking around the big harbour of Dunkirk.

I started the hike with minimal preparations as an exercise for my camino walk Mol (B) to Santiago De Compostella (2023).
What should be in the rucksack and what should have stayed home?
How to pack the rucksack?
How far to walk in one day?
(Bush) Camp versus hostels and hotels.
Still a lot of challenges ahead, but this hike, which I fully enjoyed, provided quite some good answers.
