Wayland is a beautiful suburb west of Boston by 20 miles. You'll see gorgeous woodsy neighborhoods, a cute town center, and overall a more rural feel than some of Boston's busier suburbs. Wayland Massachusetts offers historic, small town charm but still relatively close to the city of Boston. It's pretty similar to areas like Sudbury, Weston, and Wellesley if you like this style. It's a pricey area, but not as expensive as Weston, for example.
