Is Armored Core 3 The Perfect Armored Core Game?

So ever since my first Armored Core video, I’ve had a ton of people in the comments telling me that Armored Core 3 is the best of the early generations, and some even saying that it was the peak of the entire franchise. I tried to manage my expectations going in, but it was hard to knowing that I was going into what seemed to be the majority favorite of the series immediately after suffering through all 100 missions of Another Age. So, is Armored Core 3 the best game in the series so far? Well, let’s talk about it.

Armored Core 3 is a 2002 third-person shooter mecha video game developed by FromSoftware for the PlayStation 2. It is the sixth entry in the Armored Core series. Armored Core 3 acts as a reboot for the franchise and begins a storyline that would continue through Armored Core: Last Raven. In 2009, Armored Core 3 was ported to the PlayStation Portable.
