I'm happy to bring you a full-length vinyasa class this week 😀 In this 60-minute practice, the main focus is on the shoulder area with poses that strengthen, mobilise and release the shoulders.
I'll give you options to make this a more challenging flow with extra vinyasa flows or you can choose to pause in Downward Dog or Child's pose.
Expect lots of Planks and Downward Dogs, and poses like Dolphin Planks, Camel, Thread-the-Needle, Forward Bend w/ bind, Reverse Tabletop and Plank, Extended Side-Angle w/ bind and so on...
I've designed this as an intermediate / advanced level practice, but everyone is very welcome to join in - as long as we listen to our bodies and respect our own edge.
No props needed for this one - I'll lead you through without any!
