Story name : SAND AND STONE

Once upon a time, there were two friends John and James. They were best friends.
Once they decided to travelled together to look for a job.
During their journey they were crossing through the desert.
At some point of time in the journey, they had an argument and John slapped on the face of James.
James got hurt, but without saying anything wrote in the sand.
“Today my friend slapped me on my face.”
They kept on walking until they found an Oasis (a small green area in a desert where water is found), where they decided to take a bath.
While bathing James got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the Jonh saved him.
After James recovered from the drowning he wrote on a stone.
“Today my best friend saved my life.”
John asked him,” After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now you have written on a stone, why?”
James replied, “When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away.
But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can erase it.”
Moral of the story
Forgive and forget the bad things,
but cherish the good things done to us.
