Let’s see the what is called parallel barrel 2K injection molding.
The injection molding machine used for parallel barrel 2K injection molding is Haitian 250T, the characteristic of this injection molding machine is that there are two 180-degree parallel barrels in the barrel direction, and the two barrels can produce different at the same time, the material and color of this type of injection molding machine have strict requirements on the size of the mold, because the distance between the two parallel barrels is fixed, the distance between the two molds gate position and two barrels are the same.
At the same time, this injection machine rotates core side, which is two molds fixed rotating table of machine back side, there is ejection mechanisms, but the gates position of cavity are different, the turntable rotates 180 degree to produce second shot(usually soft plastic) after finishing the first shot (usually hard plastic), and then take out the parts.
