Checked the weapon shop and the seven over-world chests, but no luck on finding even a single bow!
I took the boat to Mist, but that weapon shop only carries pole arms, which are staves, spears, and halberds.

The Learning skill has a base price of 1000 gold. The elemental guilds can teach this skill.
Body building is 500 gold. This can be learned at the duelists edge.
Meditation is 1000 gold as well. And is taught at the guilds of self (Body, Mind or Spirit) which can be found in Castle Ironfist.

I did a reload at the end of the video to get back to New Sorpigal. I'll have to go to Ironfist again to get some bows but we don't necessarily need to learn Meditation yet. Meditation and Body building can be learned later and have the same multiplicative effect. I think the first step is bows and armor so that we can fight; then learning; then meditation and body building.
