– Butter, thyme, heavy cream & coconut milk
Pan-seared to perfection and topped with a rich, velvety sauce.

Yuca Mash
Comforting, hearty, and the perfect pairing for our salmon.

Bell Pepper & Onion Salad
– Yellow & red bell peppers
– White onion
– Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper
Fresh, vibrant, and easy to make — just slice, toss, and enjoy.

Arroz con Leche (Dominican Rice Pudding)
– Cooked rice, condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, whole milk
– Lemon peel, cinnamon stick, sugar, salt, optional raisins
Simmered slowly and topped with cinnamon — a sweet taste of home.
