How to create a scroll bar in Adobe XD

This scroll bar tutorial makes use of the 'drag' trigger to allow the user to drag the scroll bar between it's first and last position and it's this animation and interaction that creates the scroll bar effect.

Now, I have to caveat this video with the fact that this doesn't work exactly like a scroll bar, you unfortunately can't stop the bar where ever you want. But for the purpose of demonstrating how you want an element too behave, I think this will do the job.
