Tim Miller from Houston is expected to assist with the search. The focus now is on gathering tips and keeping Camila’s image visible to the public.

The Bexar County Sheriff is calling on the community to help piece together what happened the morning missing teen Camila Mendoza Olmos disappeared.

Investigators don't have much to go on after five days of searching. They're leaning on the community to help narrow down Camila's movements after she was last seen on Christmas Eve morning.

"We're stepping up operations," Sheriff Javier Salazar said.

Salazar shared new dashcam video showing who investigators believe to be Camila walking just after 7 a.m. on the morning she was last seen. That video reportedly pushing investigators in the right direction as they search for the 19-year-old. Now, Salazar says they need more like it.

"We're sharing.. that video, with you all in hopes that somebody may have collected similar video up to this point," he said.

The Sheriff, also sharing investigators found evidence Camila had depression and suicidal thoughts. But, their team is still looking at the whole picture.

"We can't necessarily afford to just say, 'oh, well, that must be what it is,'," Salazar explained. "We've got to consider all possibilities; from disappearing willfully, to the possibility of the of self harm, to somebody may have taken her."

All the while, her loving family is heartbroken as they live through a nightmare.

"I'm feeling down, devastated," Camila's father, Alfonso Mendoza said. "The only thing is my faith, it keeps me going...I broke down a couple times. I still break when I go home, but I know it's the prayers are holding me down."

Mendoza described Cami as a 'daddy's girl'. He's praying for her safe return.

"If she's out there listening.. daddy loves her," he said.

The FBI and Homeland Security are also involved. They're giving county investigators access to flight records and border crossings as an added measure -- while volunteer search teams cover the ground.

Abel Orta and Frank Trevino have searched within three miles of Cami's home.

"I think the biggest factor is going to be: can we get more videos? Can we get her spotted with cameras?," Trevino asked.

Sheriff Salazar, calling on the community to send in anything that could help.

"Even if you don't live here in this immediate neighborhood, maybe you live two or three communities over; hopefully it doesn't cost you much more than time to just look through your surveillance camera video from later that day," he said. "Let us know and let us be the judge of it."

We asked volunteers where they'll go next on their search. They say they hadn't narrowed down a location yet -- but they'll meet at the Wildhorse HOA Park to start.
