Makakakuha na ng health care benefits mula sa mga health maintenance organizations (HMO) ang "people living with HIV" (PLHIV). Alinsunod ito sa bagong batas kung saan nakasaad din na hindi puwedeng makaranas ng diskriminasyon ang PLHIV.
