He is a lecturer in the Cleveland Association of Estate Analysts, the Cleveland Regional Tax Institute, and the Louisville University Law School.

The Angeloff Company provides advisory services to top management of medium sized companies. The firm specializes in the areas of public and private financing, merger acquisitions, investment banking, and investment relations.

Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Angeloff was Vice President, Reynolds Securities, Inc. and Vice President, Dempsey-Tageler & Co., Inc. He serves as a director on the boards of both public and private companies in the country as well as overseas.

Little, Inc.

His vast experience in a variety of buyer/seller negotiations includes negotiating for investment financing, marketing negotiations, and in the buying and selling of companies with settlements up to 20 million dollars.
