Sen. Bernie Sanders challenged the claim that he plans to dismantle Obamacare if elected president of the United States at the PBS NewsHour Democratic Debate on Thursday.

"I have fought my entire life to make sure that health care is a right for all people. We're not going to dismantle anything," said Sanders.

Clinton said she and Sanders share the goal of universal health care coverage in the United States, but repeated her belief that building on the existing health care system and Affordable Care Act is a better option than creating a new system.
