The Balrog - Lord of the Rings MESBG Painting Tutorial

"A Balrog of Morgoth......" "What did you say?!"

I'm starting off 2024 super strong with one of the most intimidating models to paint or play against in game, Durins Bane, The feller of Grey Wizards itself...The Balrog of Morgoth!! Wreathed in flame and malice!

Using only a handful of colours I will show you here step by step how to create a stunning looking centerpiece for any Moria army, using a slightly different technique of painting from a lighter basecoat through to darker tones for the highlights!

This also means that the Quest of the Ringbearer campaign can now continue through the rest of Moria so get excited for that coming very soon!
