Xue Meng's SONG
First Half:
我拜故人半为鬼，唯今醉里可相欢。
总角藏酿桂树下，对饮面朽鬓已斑。
天光梦碎众行远，弃我老身浊泪含。
愿增余寿与周公，放君抱酒去又还。
My relatives and friends are no longer in this world, for I am the only one left. Perhaps only when I’m drunk, I’ll be able to see them again. The wine is hidden under the osmanthus tree, I don't exactly know what “对饮面朽鬓已斑” mean. Anyways, in the end, I’m the only one left to drink alone.

Second Half:
我访故人明月下，灯花人面相映红
一朝凤雏啼春晓，万顷河山清平中。
总角藏酿君莫饮，经年归来与兄逢
人生何必常相伴，遥以相思寄东风。
The last four sentences are actually Mo Ran's response to Xue Meng's poem above. Mo Ran and Shizun leave these words for Xue Meng after they came to congratulate Xue Meng for being the head of SiSheng Peak with a gift (though they left without speaking to him, only leaving these words). It corresponds to Xue Meng's poem above. However, Xue Meng seems to be the one singing it here.

Basically, it is saying: In the evening, we came to see you, seeing your face ablaze with excitement. You should be doing well. Everything is now settled and well, with no danger. Don't drink the wine hidden under the osmanthus tree now. Wait until I come to find you again, then we can drink. So feel at ease as you are now the head of SiSheng Peak. Don't always haunt your master. You're all grown up now, and no longer need me and Shizun to be around all the time. Do things for yourself. The master and I are together, and we will occasionally miss you.
