Auto Meter Z Series Diesel Tachometer| First Gen Cummins

Welcome back! In this video I show you how to install an Auto Meter Z Series Diesel Tachometer into a First Gen Cummins. If you were buying one of these trucks back in the day, you would have been able to add a dealer tachometer option. Since my truck doesn't have one, I came across the Z Series Tachometers by Auto Meter Competition Instruments that look fairly similar to the original dealer options. This process can be applied to any diesel truck out there and it is an elegant solution if you want to install a tach. Enjoy!
