Patrons can choose to eat indoors and soak in the historic and elegant architecture of Palazzo Castelletti. High arched ceilings, wooden décor and old memorabilia adorn Castelletti Salumeria & Patisserie, giving it a quaint and homely feeling. Otherwise, the courtyard of the palazzo provides an equally charming and tranquil ambiance for al fresco dining.

Every single dish served at the Salumeria is prepared fresh on the day, and nothing is frozen and reheated. The Salumeria outlet caters for quick, healthy lunches and snacks at very low prices. All the products on display within the Salumeria can be consumed within the Salumeria or in the palazzo's courtyard or even purchased for home use. The Salumeria menu allows patrons to select from a wide choice of salads and antipasti made with the gourmet products on display, or even design their own antipasto by choosing their preferred ingredients and have our Salumeria chef prepare the dish to order.

The Salumeria also offers to our customers an extensive choice of foreign teas and coffee blends, an ample selection of local and foreign wines from all over the world and various spirits and liqueurs.
