AFT Automatic Powder Coating Line for Fire Box

This AFT automatic powder coating line is powered by overhead hang conveyor with automatic powder recycle spray booth. Fire box is loaded from first floor then go up to second floor for powder coating treatment. To meet with customer production requirements, this powder coating booth is configured with explosion proof device under 24 hours continous operation condition.
Central control system be able to view each unit working status and be able to connect with customer MES system for remote control. Powder spray gun is Gema production with extremely high powder application rate.
Spray booth provides a smart blowing to have over sprayed powder recycled through multiple barrels then reused directly via powder supply center. Spray booth recycle and filtration rate is over 95% by actual calculation.
