Two days before the final phase of Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections, an intense encounter between security forces and Jaish terrorists is underway in Billawar, Kathua. A head constable has been martyred, while an ASI and DSP have been injured. Security forces are using drones to track down the remaining terrorists in the area.
