This film isn’t just another “let’s check out what they’ve done” kind of project. It’s more than wondering about the camera angles or why certain shots were chosen. This one’s personal.

Most of the films I’ve made under Rah Sharma Films have been visual-heavy, focusing on aesthetics. I’ve rarely leaned into storytelling with deep, dialogue-driven narratives—until now.

This project came together in a moment of spontaneity, when I had some emotions I needed to work through. A friend from interstate was visiting, and we thought, what better time to create something meaningful?

While Saad slept on the floor, dreaming of the locations we’d scouted during the day, I found myself lost in thought—and so, I began writing. Yes, I also use AI for research and development, and much of my writing is shaped by MBTI character typing, giving each character a unique voice and purpose.

We faced some last-minute setbacks, but that didn’t stop us. Our small team wore multiple hats to pull this off, and 80% of the film was shot handheld. We even had to pivot to ADR when we lost our sound crew.

Every cast member added their personal touch, making this project even more special.
