"The Tank Battle of Shiromoni" is one of the world's most epic tank battle ever fought during our Liberation war of 1971. The battlefield was near a place called "Shiromoni" in Khulna. The entire Khulna region was rocking to the sound of mortar shelling, gunshots and bombs for over two days. Many people were killed, scores injured and the few residents who did not want to flee their homes, were forced to leave. But finally our brave "Mukti Bahini" defeated the Pakistani military and we achieved a glorious victory

So I’m Labid Rahat, currently stuck doing my undergrad due to COVID-19.I have a huge interest in maps and history. That's why I'm trying to show the geography and history of the world ,through map animations and infographics in this channel called V-gull & History. Sometimes, I also talk about the historical plots of some ongoing events as well.
