What is WRONG with this movie??? (Zero-One Others: Kamen Rider Vulcan & Valkyrie)

After Kamen Rider Zero-One ended, instead of following the typical post-series V-Cinema formula following a new adventure with the secondary Rider, a story with the main villains was developed, with a twist reveal that it was merely the first part in the Zero-One Others series, functioning as an origin of sorts for the main villain of the next movie: Kamen Rider Vulcan & Valkyrie, which brings to focus back to supporting heroes for one last fight in the Zero-One saga…unfortunately.
