Recipe ingredients:

Overnight soaked chickpea 200gms
Cinnamon stick 1/2inch
Cloves 4-5
Cardamom 2-3
Salt
Black tea
Pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles

Main Recipe :
Desi ghee 50gms
Sliced onions 4-5
Ginger Garlic Chilli paste 1tbsp
Tomato 2-3
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 2tsp
Jeera Coriander powder 2tsp
Chole masala 4tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Boiled chole
Basmati Rice 400gms
Water 2.5 times the Rice.

Garnish with coriander and serve it hot with Raita.
