▢1 cup water
▢1 litre whole milk (full-fat milk) (use skim or low-fat milk to make it healthier. Use plant-based milk to make it vegan.)
▢2 cloves (laung)
▢½ teaspoon ground cardamom (hari elaichi powder)
▢¼ cup sugar (or to taste)
