Collections is a feature on Instagram that allows users to save and organize posts into separate folders. If you are one of those people who screenshot everything, in this case, Instagram collections should be especially a convenient way to store and arrange various content for you.

Unlike Instagram Stories or regular posts, collections are private, so they will be accessible only for you.

Follow the steps to create Instagram collection:

1. Go to your Instagram profile and click on the menu icon at the top right corner of your screen;
2. Click on “Saved”;
3. Press the “+” sign in the upper-right corner of your screen in order to start creating a new collection;
4. Enter the name for your collection and tap on “Done”. Your collection has been created.

Now you can choose posts that you can add into your collection. So, just mark any saved posts you would like to insert and finish by clicking on “Done”.

If you don’t have any saved posts as me, but already know which ones you would like to include into your created collection, then find the particular post and open it by tapping on it. After that press on the flag icon in bottom-right corner of the post. The pop-up message will appear, click on “Save to Collection”. Select the collection you would like to add this post to. Done!
