WINE ICE CREAM and ROADSIDE MINERAL SPRINGS? (GEORGIAN MILITARY HIGHWAY 🇬🇪)

Visiting the Kazbegi region of Georgia can be a real treat, but getting there via the Georgian Military Highway can be just as fascinating and fun! In this video, we go from Tbilisi to Stepantsminda in Kazbegi, making all sorts of little stops along the way! We start with a few stops in the old Georgian capital of Mtskheta, visiting the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, the Svamtavros Monastery, and the Jvari Monastery, which features a viewpoint of the rivers surrounding Mtskheta. We also try wine-flavored ice cream! Then, we make stops at the Zhinvali Reservoir, the Ananuri Fortress, the Aragvi River of Two Colors, the Russia–Georgia Friendship Monument, the travertine mineral springs, and the Sno village sculptures, stopping for a brief lunch of succulent khinkali at Restaurant Korbuda along the way!
