MICROSOFT OR MISDIRECT? Microsoft 365 Email Scam

I got a sketchy email that said "Microsoft notice of delivery," warning me about an urgent message I supposedly missed. Since I use Microsoft 365, this caught my eye.

Here's how I figured out it was a scam:

Weird Email Address:
The email claimed to be from Microsoft but came from a strange "online-account.info" address, not a real Microsoft one.

Fishy Links:
It asked me to click a "view message" button because of some mail sync error. That's a common trick to get you to click on something bad.

Off Signature and Mistakes:
The sign-off tried to look official with "Office 365 team" and even included a weirdly formatted address. Real Microsoft emails don't look like that.

I'm sharing this to help you spot these kinds of fake emails. Knowing what to look out for can keep you and your friends safer. Pass this info along to help others stay sharp!
