This conversation highlights the voices of two women, one Black and one White, who themselves have had a series of discussions that break open the barriers, and build bridges of understanding with each other and their unique experience of race. We also learn that Black women and White women have both differences and similarities in the influence of their childhood, their interaction with others, and their fight in the workplace to achieve equity.
