Cake Rusk without butter

Ingredients

1- Oli = 170 ml

2- Powdered Sugar = ¾ cup (160g)

3- Egg = 4

4- All purpose flour = 1+¼ Cup (200g)

5- Vanilla powder = ¼ tsp

6- Baking powder = 2 tsp (10g)

Instructions
In a bowl add eggs, oil and sugar

Beat for 1-2 minutes until sugar is fully dissolved
Add vanilla powder, baking powder and al purpose flour.

Mix well

Place the baking paper in the dish, grease it with oil and add the batter

Tap 2-3 times

Pre heat oven for 20 minutes at 200C

Keep the batter in the oven, lower the

temperature to 180C

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Cool down at room temperature for 10 minutes

Cut in rectangular shape

Place each them one by one, leaving little space

Bake on both side for 10 minutes at 180C or until it turns light brown

Cool down at room temperature

You can keep it in the air tight jar for 1 month

Enjoy with chai
