I recently caught up with the lovely ladies of Little Mix prior to their performance of 'Move' on the X Factor USA.

It was the girls' first time visiting the U.S. version of the show they won in the U.K. just two years ago. They chatted all about reuniting with judges Simon Cowell and Kelly Rowland and the nerves that go into performing in front of their former mentors. The girls also gave us the inside scoop on the production of their newest album 'Salute' and how they were involved in the writing process. Finally, Little Mix treated us to a special exclusive performance of their hit single 'Wings' in Japanese. We love you girls!
