How to prepare....
Blend onions red pepper fresh pepper together..
add oil to the pot allow it to get hut for 3min, then put scliced onions allow it to cook for 2min put tomato paste allow it to cook for 5min with low hit, ..
add maggi, salt, curry powder,
add everything you want to add to your except fish or meat you want to use,,
allow it to cook for another 3min with low hit the add you blended stuff cover it without sterring it,
Allow it to cook for 5min with low hit then add meat or fish you want to use cover it and allow it too cook for 10min with low before you stel it..
you can add water if you desire, as for me i do not cook stew with water because I do not cook my blended stuff first that is why i do not use water,,,
If you have not tried this methood before pls do and i promiss you will like it.
how to know is ready? when you see oil ontop of the stew then is ready..
cooking with low hit most time makes your food taste delicious because everything you use in cooking the food will settle in well and will cook well as well,,,
if you cook with low hit then you should the food to stay longer then when you cook with high hit,, for example,, if you cook with high hit for 20min then you have to cook with low hit for 30min for a better and a perfect result
