Here I revisit my experiment of comparing double walled pressurized baskets versus conventional baskets in an EC680 by Delonghi Dedica. The results are just awesome with a good basket!
Make sure to get or make a bottomless portafilter to see the extraction, and a proper tamper as well for your puck preparation.
