PLAYING WITH NUMBERS PART 3 class 6 prime factorization and factor tree

Описание к видео PLAYING WITH NUMBERS PART 3 class 6 prime factorization and factor tree

Prime factorization is the process of expressing a composite number as a product of its prime factors. Each composite number has a unique prime factorization, although the order of the factors may vary.
Steps to Find the Prime Factorization:
Divide by the smallest prime number (2, 3, 5, 7, 11, ...) that divides the number exactly (without leaving a remainder).
Continue dividing the quotient by prime numbers until the quotient is 1.
The prime factors are the prime numbers used in the divisions.
