Head Coach Jon Bohrer of CORE Athletic Training teaches kids the importance of developing proper running form with good technique. Dribbling in soccer, exploding for a fast break in basketball, stealing a base in baseball, outrunning the defense in football all require solid running skills. Use these 4 drills to develop footwork, form and explosiveness. Try to practice and train these drills 3xs a week now so you can see improvement in your game performance. Drills are applicable to all sports.
